- An abstract (within 350 words) with title of the paper, author’s name, organization name and addresses and email may be uploaded on the website by 15th April, 2026. Papers which have already been published or orally presented elsewhere would not be accepted for presentation in IREFCON 2026.The oral presentation of the paper would be limited to 15 minutes with 5 minutes for discussion thereafter.
- IREFCON 2026’s Technical Committee has sole authority to decide suitability of submitted papers either as a poster or as an oral presentation in the conference.
- The author would be intimated the Committee’s decision by 7th June, 2026.Full text of the papers is to be uploaded by 7th September, 2026.

The keyword here is collaborative. The Technical Committee invites you to present collaborative case studies – a successful outcome or learning experience from a collaborative effort between (a) raw material suppliers and refractory makers, or (b) refractory makers and users. Needless to say, these case studies will mandatorily require joint presentations by both collaborators. Participants are requested to submit a short case study abstract for review by the Technical Committee.
